Nothing like stuffing a backpack with some crumpled up crop tops and escaping the city for a couple of days. Beach pop and roadies.
(For 2 servings):
½ lb. pasta
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
¾ cup milk
Dice avocados and blend with peas, cheese, milk and lime.
Pour sauce over drained pasta and mix together over low heat until melted.
Top with Parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.
